Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University. I also received my Bachelor of Arts degree focused in psychology and early childhood development from Miami University of Ohio. I specialize in working with children who struggle with life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, and school-related challenges. I also work with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and ADHD symptoms as they navigate important stages of life. I have experience in CBT, DBT, and some sensory training as well. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My approach focuses on meeting clients where they are and recognizing that there are many different paths to healing. I also enjoy incorporating creative approaches when helpful, especially when working with younger clients.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a supportive space where you or your child can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I approach therapy with an open mind and use person-centered techniques that allow clients to explore their experiences and discover their own strengths. Sometimes what we need most is someone who will truly listen and offer guidance along the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to talk about your story—your past experiences, what’s happening in the present, and your goals for the future. This helps us build a clear understanding of your needs and develop a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable.
