Great to meet you!

I am passionate about partnering with people to build more meaningful and satisfying relationships with yourself and those you love.

My clinical expertise includes trauma work, stress management, existential issues, relationship and family issues.

I earned a MS in Marriage & Family Therapy, which emphasizes relationship work as key to growth and change. Formative trainings: EMDR, Dynamic Emotion Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Reflective Practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS)

My approach to therapy

If you need someone on your team that you can trust to help you untangle your past to better prepare you to meet the present moment, I can help you make sense of your story and disrupt your inherited narrative. I am passionate about inspiring courage through competent companionship to meaningfully explore narratives, limitations, difficult memories and feelings, but most of all, identify your strengths, undeveloped capacities, and desires for yourself, guiding you to your desired destination.

What you can expect from me

As adults we can choose to learn new ways to relate to ourselves and those around us. I am here to go on a reflective journey with you to explore with curiosity and compassion parts of yourself that you may otherwise avoid or be unaware exists that can perpetuate a sense of uncertainty, stress, or isolation. You can expect me to give my caring attention to rising emotional experiences, prompting reflection on past and present relationship dynamics to facilitate growth and healing.
