Great to meet you!

I've always been fascinated by the ways people get stuck—not because they lack intelligence or insight, but because they become trapped in patterns that once helped them survive. Today, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, self-criticism, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach combines clinical training with a deep respect for each person's capacity for growth and change.

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting change comes not from harsh self-improvement, but from understanding ourselves more fully. Together, we'll slow down enough to make sense of what's happening beneath the surface while developing practical tools for moving forward. My work is informed by mindfulness, self-compassion, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapies that support both insight and action.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. The first session is simply a conversation about your story, your current struggles, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. Together, we'll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas for growth while building a foundation of trust and understanding.
