Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California with over 13 years of clinical experience, and I specialize in providing therapeutic support for both men and women. My mission is to provide a safe, stigma-free space where individuals feel empowered to seek mental health support and gain the tools they need to thrive. I bring a "meet you where you are" philosophy and a no-judgment zone to every session. My honesty and authenticity give me a unique way of connecting with clients — and I don't take myself too seriously. That said, we will still go deep when it matters. Taking the first step to start therapy takes courage, and I'm proud of you for getting here.

My approach to therapy

I believe I am not the expert on your life — rather, I bring expertise and resources that benefit you through collaboration. My approach combines cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness strategies to help clients manage depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, grief, men's issues, midlife transitions, and pain management. I also specialize in mental health and performance consultations with medical staff, athletic teams, players, and coaches. I tailor every treatment plan to meet your unique needs, and I treat every person with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My goal is to help you remove the roadblocks that keep you from discovering who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will feel like a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll take time to get to know you — your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy — without any pressure or judgment. You can expect warmth, honesty, and a collaborative spirit from the start. Together, we'll begin building a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to you, and I'll make sure you leave feeling heard, supported, and ready to take the next step on your journey.
