Great to meet you!

Some of the hardest workers carry the most weight in silence. Whether you're in a high-stress profession, navigating a major life decision, or just feeling stuck, I'm here to help you find a way forward. With almost a decade of clinical experience, I work with individuals who are ready for something to shift — and I build each treatment plan around your specific goals, not a generic approach. I also have a particular focus on serving first responders, veterans, and others in demanding roles who may find it hard to ask for help.

My approach to therapy

I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused therapy, choosing what actually fits you rather than following a script. My background spans substance abuse programs, community mental health centers, and hospitals, so I've worked with people through a wide range of challenges. Sessions are collaborative — we identify what's getting in the way and build practical strategies together. The goal is to help you reconnect with what matters most. Counseling should not last forever, and neither should your struggles.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation. We'll talk through your story, what brought you here, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of how we'll work together and what a realistic path forward looks like for you.
