Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I'm so glad you found me! I'm Jessica and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I completed my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and have a passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, specifically autism and adhd. I also work with other diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and eating disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is client centered, meaning you run the show. I love exploring client's history and relating it to their present and offering empowering guidance on how to improve their lives and maintain that improvement. I also bring a lot of humor into my sessions. I can recognize when this is not needed and can adjust accordingly, but I want therapy to be a time you enjoy and look forward to coming to.

What you can expect from our first session

Working with me means we'll do the work to address core issues. I don't believe in band aids or quick fixes and am genuinely invested in helping you improve your quality of life. For my neurodivergent clients, you can expect actionable steps to help you clearly know how to support yourself.
