Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like your mind is constantly running, analyzing, checking, worrying, and comparing. Does this happen even when you desperately want a break? Maybe you get stuck in intrusive thoughts, panic spirals, or endless “what ifs.” Or maybe you spend so much energy trying to look “okay” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside.

If that sounds familiar, I work with people exactly like you. I specialize in OCD, anxiety disorders, and BDD, and I understand how exhausting it can be to live in a mind that won’t quiet down.

My approach to therapy

I help clients dealing with intrusive thoughts, contamination fears, checking and reassurance seeking, harm or relationship OCD, “just right” perfectionism, panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety, and intense worries about appearance. These patterns can feel isolating, but they’re more common than you think, and they’re absolutely treatable.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, straightforward, and grounded in evidence-based tools like ERP and ACT. I also offer in-person exposures (including sessions at the exposure site) to support you through the moments that feel hardest to face alone. We move at your pace, with compassion and collaboration guiding the process. I look forward to connecting with you.
