Great to meet you!

I am a teacher turned therapist. I am lucky enough to have found my niche in a helping profession. After completing my masters degree in Licensed Mental Health Counseling, I knew psychotherapy was the right place for me. I have worked with clients of all ages, and backgrounds, seeking relief and quality of life. Look forward to working with you on your journey of self growth and esteem, and in managing anxiety, depressive and adjustment disorders that may be compounded by a history of trauma.

My approach to therapy

Taking an integrative approach has benefited my clients and guides my practice. I have psychodynamic training that I pair with knowledge of evidenced based practices including CBT, DBT and ACT.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will cultivate an online environment to suit your journey. We will build a schedule and treatment plan but remain flexible to your evolving needs. A theory-based approach will aid in the development of coping skills for managing intense emotions and negative thoughts. Clients may discover unconscious beliefs that lead to undesirable behavior patterns. We may unpack the ways your past experiences shape your current processing. You will set the pace and I'll guide.
