Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life stressors. I specialize in working with individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse, high-conflict relationships, complex trauma, and chronic overwhelm.

I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to carry the harder parts of life alone. Trauma doesn’t just live in our thoughts — it can become stored in the nervous system and show up in the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. Because of this, insight alone is often not enough for lasting healing.

I integrate EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, parts work, and nervous system regulation techniques to help clients process painful experiences, better understand themselves, and feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest about the parts of themselves and their experiences they may have had to suppress, minimize, or carry alone for a long time.

I work from the belief that many symptoms — anxiety, people-pleasing, hypervigilance, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, difficulty trusting yourself or others — often make sense when viewed through the lens of past experiences and nervous system survival responses. Rather than judging those patterns, we work to better understand them and create new ways of relating to yourself.

I integrate EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, parts work, and nervous system regulation to help clients move beyond insight alone and begin creating deeper, lasting change emotionally, mentally, and physically.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space for us to begin getting to know one another and building a foundation of trust and safety. I know starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve spent a long time carrying things on your own, so my goal is never to rush or overwhelm the process.

During our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been facing, patterns you may be noticing, and what you hope to gain from the work we do together. I also take time to understand your history, relationships, stressors, and nervous system patterns so we can begin identifying what may be contributing to your current struggles.

Clients often describe my style as supportive, grounded, and relational while still helping them gently confront the deeper issues keeping them stuck.
