Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist with a background in trauma-informed care, systemic work, and advocacy. I embrace authenticity - and promise I sound less like a sales-pitch-robot in real life than these paragraphs! I’ve supported clients individually and systemically across all walks of life, especially those navigating burnout, stress, or identity shifts. My approach is creative, human-centered, and grounded in both compassion and safe challenge. I’ll meet you where you are, but I won’t leave you there.

My approach to therapy

With a strong foundation in person-centered care, I believe any therapeutic relationship should feel safe, collaborative, and real. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT and EMDR with a relational, trauma-informed lens, and I tailor each session to your pace. I’m warm, curious, and direct; unafraid to explore the hard stuff with you, always from a place of care.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create an authentic environment where you feel seen and supported; as a true collaborator on the paths you take. I’ll help you build insight, clarity, and strategies that work and make sense in your real life, not just in session. My hope is that you leave with a deeper sense of connection to yourself, and the empowered courage to keep going.
