Great to meet you!

As a bilingual Latina and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals and families through the challenges of postpartum depression. Having personally navigated this journey as a survivor, I understand the emotional weight it carries and the importance of compassionate, culturally informed care.

In addition to my professional expertise, I am also a special needs mom to two amazing boys with autism. This experience has further shaped my approach to therapy, fostering a deep sense of empathy, resilience, and advocacy for both parents and children navigating unique challenges.

For my own self-care, I find solace in the outdoors, embracing nature as a way to recharge and maintain balance. I believe in the power of connection, healing, and personalized support to help others thrive in their own journeys.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and client-centered therapy. I believe in empowering my clients by focusing on their strengths, identifying practical solutions, and fostering meaningful change. By blending evidence-based techniques with a warm, supportive environment, I help individuals and families navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In my sessions, you will be truly heard and seen—I actively listen and hold a safe, supportive space where you can express yourself without judgment.
