Great to meet you!

ONLY ACCEPTING VIRTUAL CLIENTS AT THIS TIME

I am a licensed therapist with a background in working in psychiatric hospitals, children in crisis, and most recently, private practice. I received my master's degree from Capella University where I also received a graduate certificate in addictive behaviors. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults who are ready and willing to make their own well being a priority. I am a solution focused therapist that wants to help you help yourself to a healthy life.

My approach to therapy

I take a solution focused and holistic approach to therapy. I encourage self awareness and empower my clients to live their most authentic life in a healthy way. I enjoy helping with relationship struggles and helping individuals on a journey to well being. I also enjoy working with teenagers and helping them through life transitions.

What you can expect from me

I create treatment goals with my clients based on their needs and my observations. I encourage setting smaller goals and larger goals and helping create a pathway for how each person can achieve those goals. Goals can vary greatly based on the needs of each client.
