Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life's challenges. I have specialized training in trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and autism, and I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, using evidence-based therapies while tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is most effective when you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I use evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and strength-based interventions to help you build practical coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and work toward your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring your strengths, challenges, and goals for treatment. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if we're a good fit. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that helps you feel supported, empowered, and confident as you move toward lasting change.
