Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you! I’m Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with adults. Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and easy to talk to.

I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully yourself and feel supported while doing meaningful work.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and grounded in trust. You are the expert on your life, and we will work as partners to better understand what is keeping you stuck and what needs to shift.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness-based, and Psychodynamic approaches, helping you look at both present patterns and the deeper experiences that shaped them. I will listen closely, offer honest feedback, gently challenge you when needed, and support you as you make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you and what brings you in. You’ll have space to share your story, what feels hard right now, and what you’re hoping might feel different in the future.

We’ll talk through goals together and get a sense of what direction makes the most sense for you. My aim is to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and easy to talk in. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the “right” words - just show up as you are.
