Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in education, advocacy, and full-spectrum reproductive care. My work has always centered on supporting women and caregivers through the most tender, transitional, and identity-shifting seasons of life. I hold a BA in Comparative Religions, an M.Ed, and an MSW, and I’ve trained as a doula, childbirth educator, and breastfeeding counselor.

My clinical experience includes over a decade of working with mothers and parents at every stage—pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood, and beyond. I’ve also supported clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, and caregiving fatigue. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in a deep respect for the complexity of family systems, culture, and identity.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and practical. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply relational—grounded in evidence-based modalities like EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness, while also holding space for storytelling, body awareness, and the nuanced mess of being human. I tailor my style to what works best for my clients—whether that’s exploring meaning, building skills, or simply creating space to exhale.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our sessions feeling seen, steadied, and more resourced to face what’s next. You can expect a mix of thoughtful reflection, tangible tools, and honest (but kind) feedback. I aim to help you feel less alone in your struggles, more connected to your strengths, and more aligned with the life you want to live. Therapy with me won’t be one-size-fits-all—but it will be thoughtful, responsive, and built around what matters most to you.
