Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in education, advocacy, and full-spectrum reproductive care. My work has always centered on supporting women and caregivers through the most tender, transitional, and identity-shifting seasons of life. I hold a BA in Comparative Religions, an M.Ed, and an MSW, and I’ve trained as a doula, childbirth educator, and breastfeeding counselor.
My clinical experience includes over a decade of working with mothers and parents at every stage—pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood, and beyond. I’ve also supported clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, and caregiving fatigue. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in a deep respect for the complexity of family systems, culture, and identity.
