Great to meet you!

Healing begins in a space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted just as you are. As a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist, I support adults who have experienced hurtful or unhealthy relationships, including emotional or physical abuse, and are navigating the impact these experiences can have on their lives. I understand that culture, family, and personal experiences shape how we view ourselves and our relationships, and I strive to provide care that honors your unique story and values. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, create healthier relationships, and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and empowering, with a focus on helping you recognize your strengths and create meaningful change. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, heal from past hurts, and develop tools for building confidence, setting boundaries, and creating healthier patterns in their relationships. Therapy is a process we navigate together, at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make your first session feel welcoming, comfortable, and free of judgment. We'll take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to work toward. From there, we'll begin creating a plan that feels aligned with your needs, experiences, and goals.
