Great to meet you!

Mental health struggles often carry stigma, and I am passionate about creating a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, validated, and supported without judgement. Every individual deserves access to support and a healthy outlet for navigating life’s challenges. I find it very rewarding to be that source of support for my clients, remove shame from their vocabulary, and empower them in their healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a graduate of Rutgers University, with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings, including partial hospitalization programs, schools, outpatient clinics, and telehealth platforms.

My clinical focus includes helping clients manage and overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem, relational struggles, grief, and life transitions. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and person-centered to meet clients where they are at and support their growth.
