My approach to therapy

With a strong foundation in psychology and career counseling, I've had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, including children, teens, adults, and families. For more than 10 years I've supported clients in overcoming a wide range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and trauma.
