Great to meet you!

I have specialized training in women’s mental health - pregnancy, postpartum, reproductive challenges/infertility, hormonal shifts, identity, body image, and the emotional transitions that often accompany these shifts in life. These life stages can bring profound changes and I am honored to support you through this journey. In addition to reproductive mental health, I work with clients navigating Trauma/PTSD, de-constructing dysfunctional patterns and beliefs, eating disorders, life transitions, perfectionism, people-pleasing, stress, anxiety and emotional burnout, and challenges related to boundaries, self-worth, and relationship dynamics.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore the parts of ourselves that have been carrying pain, self-doubt, or unmet needs. I blend modalities such as IFS, EFT, CFT, Psychodynamic and Somatic Therapy. Together we build tools to support you and develop greater clarity about your needs and values. My style is compassionate and nonjudgmental. I prioritize emotional safety, while providing gentle challenges and honest reflections to support growth and insight. We'll identify patterns that no longer serve who you desire to become, strengthen your inner authority, set healthier boundaries, cultivate deeper self-compassion and alignment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on building connection, comfort, and trust. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals, and talk about what support looks like for you right now. My intention is for you to leave the session feeling safe, supported, and hopeful about next steps and the therapeutic process moving forward.
