Great to meet you!

I’m currently accepting new clients. I specialize in trauma healing, relationship challenges, and emotional resilience, working with adults and parents who feel overwhelmed yet driven to grow. As a bilingual provider, I offer support in English and Farsi. My focus is helping you make sense of your story, reconnect with your strength, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Our sessions feel like a space where you can exhale. You will be heard without judgment and supported with honesty and care. I show up as real and present, creating a connection where you can safely explore what you have been carrying and begin to understand it differently.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical. My approach is rooted in connection, honesty, and deep understanding of your lived experience. I don’t see you as a diagnosis or a problem to fix, but as a whole person with a story that deserves to be heard and respected.

I gently guide you in exploring patterns, emotions, and past experiences while helping you stay grounded in the present. Together, we make sense of what you’ve been through and how it continues to shape your life today. I will challenge you when needed, support you when it’s hard, and always meet you with compassion.

My goal is to help you build awareness, strengthen your inner voice, and reconnect with your sense of self so you can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.

What you can expect from me

Over time, you can expect to feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life. Together we build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and create lasting change so you can move forward with strength, peace, and a renewed sense of direction.
