Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with a background in Marriage & Family Therapy, holding a master degree from Alliant international University. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of settings, including private practice and community mental health. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and adults with ADHD, My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, and I draw from modalities such as CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and direct. I draw from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and client-centered work to create a space where your experiences are honored and your goals are prioritized. Whether you're managing a racing mind or carrying past wounds, we'll build tools, shift patterns, and reconnect with your inner strength.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you can feel at ease and explore what brought you to therapy—without pressure or judgment. We'll talk about what you're hoping to get out of our work together, any concerns you're carrying, and what support looks like for you. I move at your pace.
