Great to meet you!

With over two decades of experience as a therapist, I have served in various agencies specializing in addictions and mental health. My approach incorporates Internal Family Systems therapy, brainspotting, and HRV biofeedback—modalities that, when integrated, offer highly transformative outcomes.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to providing compassionate care, actively listening to clients as they express their goals for therapy. I support adults in developing deeper self‐understanding and emotional resilience through an integrative, mind‐body approach. My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping clients connect with their inner parts and access the clarity and compassion of the Self. I also incorporate Brainspotting to gently process unresolved experiences held in the body, and HRV biofeedback to strengthen nervous‐system regulation and stress recovery. Together, these approaches create a therapeutic space that is collaborative, experiential, and tailored to each person’s needs—supporting meaningful change from the inside out.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, I will devote time to understanding your background, the circumstances that have brought you to seek counseling, and the changes you aspire to achieve. This phase will also include a thorough explanation of the therapeutic modalities I employ, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable with the process. We will work collaboratively to establish clear and meaningful treatment objectives that reflect your individual needs and preferences, thereby laying a strong foundation for our ongoing work together.
