Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist who has also been fortunate to experience personal development in my own therapy work, I understand the growth that is possible with the right therapeutic relationship. I enjoy working with clients on a variety of experiences, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, self-esteem and self-image, LGBTQIA+ identities, and relationships. I have worked in residential, PHP/IOP, and outpatient settings for eating disorder treatment.

My approach to therapy

I consider myself in a never-ending process of developing and expanding my practice, but I always approach work with the foundation of a person-centered, trauma-informed, and systems-aware lens. We can sprinkle in concepts/practices informed by CBT, DBT, ACT, or other modalities, and my priority will always be molding our work in a way that serves you, rather than doing it just through a specific framework.

What you can expect from me

I value the therapeutic relationship and prioritize your wants and needs in order to support you with where you currently are and are going. Our first session will be an opportunity for me to understand some of your story and how you want to use therapy. We'll keep collaborating from there on our work together.
