I have a Master's in Education and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I worked in various positions at a psychiatric hospital for almost ten years. I specialize in depression, anxiety, substance abuse treatment, and EMDR for trauma.

I am currently taking clients for tele sessions only and am not available for "in person" at this time.

I utilize multiple approaches to therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR.

I want to create an environment that empowers clients to tackle the challenges and issues that they are facing and help them build lifelong skills that will continue to support them in their journey to better mental health.
