My approach to therapy
I use humor and believe that human connection is essential in therapy. I like to help people discover their own solutions to the issues they struggle with. I utilize CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and elements of Motivational interviewing. I am passionate about men's mental health and young adults, but I welcome all.
