Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Boston University and have had the privilege of working with diverse clients across a range of settings. Clinically, I specialize in the treatment of ADHD, as well as support clients facing anxiety, depression, and trauma.

At the core of my work, I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where authenticity, growth, and resilience can flourish. I strive to help clients not only address their challenges but also discover strengths and strategies to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

Like many therapists, I take an eclectic approach in utilizing several evidenced based interventions when working with my clients. I primarily utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing in helping client's develop coping strategies and in exploring their emotions.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create an environment where my clients can discuss their lives and emotions without fear of judgement or shame. Most client reports feeling a weight off their shoulders after the first session.
