Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist working toward my doctorate in clinical psychology. I have worked in the field of mental health for 7 years. During that time, I have helped with children, teenagers, and adults who have struggled with various mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My commitment to providing quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families has greatly influenced my approach to therapy. I utilize an integrative influenced by Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Schema Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Theory (TF-CBT). These areas of research help us to understand how stress and trauma impact our brains and lives in ways that may go unnoticed.

What you can expect from me

I believe it is important to understand how past events have shaped our perception of people, relationships, and the world. It is through this awareness that we are able to begin our journey towards change, and establish meaningful relationships. I am compassionate in my belief that emotions and sensations are an important aspect of life worth exploring.

The therapeutic journey can help us feel less alone in the world and I am on this path with you, to support you in establishing your sense of well-being.
