Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through challenging seasons related to mental health, personal and professional transitions, and incorporate career and academic support when valuable. I take a holistic view, considering emotional health alongside factors like habits, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing. My style is direct, thoughtful, and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping you clarify your values and move toward a more fulfilling life; supporting the process of bridging the gap between my client's goals and where they are at present.

My approach to therapy

My approach is comprehensive and integrative, attending to your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, as well as holistic factors including relationships, health and wellness, and lifestyle. I combine evidence‐based therapies with behavioral strategies that can be readily implemented into day-to-day routines. We’ll focus both on understanding the patterns that keep you stuck and on developing clear, actionable steps for change. I aim to create a professional, respectful space where decisions about our work are made collaboratively.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll clarify what led you to seek therapy as well as what you hope will be different moving forward. I’ll ask focused questions about key areas of your life to understand your situation without asking you to share more than you’re ready for. Together, we’ll start defining your goals and identify a few concrete areas we can begin working on right away. You can expect a structured, supportive conversation and a clear idea of how we might proceed.
