Jonathan Cordell, PsyD (he/him/his) has a wealth of experience gained over 20 plus years of helping others develop, grow, and succeed including extensive work with athletes, military, first responders, college students, professionals, and members of the LGBTQ community. Additionally, Dr. Cordell specializes in support with attention, anxiety, and performance coaching.

My approach to therapy

Jonathan meets clients where they are at and wants to get to know each person individually. He is warm, caring, and non-judgmental while being direct and solutions-focused. Dr. Cordell primarily uses ACT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Solutions-Focused therapy, Narrative therapy, Positive Psychology, and includes insight-oriented approaches as appropriate to the client context.
