Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

I am a licensed therapist with training in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress management.

I have particular interest and experience in working with teens, young adults, Parents, New moms and mothers who are postpartum. My goal is to help clients develop practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and build resilience so they can move forward with confidence.

Seeking support is a courageous step. I look forward to partnering with you in your journey toward growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Broef Therapy and mindfulness-based practices, while also integrating a strengths-based and person-centered perspective. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. The goal is to help individuals increase self-awareness, develop healthier coping skills, improve communication, strengthen family relationships, and build resilience. I work collaboratively with clients to set clear, attainable goals focused on emotional regulation, improved functioning, relapse prevention when applicable, and sustainable personal growth.
