My counseling style is warm and interactive while direct and supportive. I strive to compassionately empower each client I work with. I draw upon my scientific background as needed, and can also support you in exploring your relational/emotional/energetic needs. I accept you for how you show up, while striving towards your goals, balance and wellness.
I recognize that therapy is a deeply personal experience and I never take for granted what a privilege it is join with you as you tap into and deepen your insight, grow, and pursue healing in dignified way. My background in behavioral neuroscience and trauma psychology is a scientific compliment to the energetic healing modalities I have studied; individualized balance for holistic wellness.
