My approach to therapy

Jorden works with adolescents, young adults, and adults at any life phase who may be going through a life transitions of any kind. Jorden utilizes a variety of therapeutic intervention to create a customized experience for each individual. Jorden blends narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and MI to address challenges and empower clients to find their own inner strength and knowledge. Jorden is skilled in systems work and can work with couples and families to address relational challenges to support each individual in feeling a sense of belonging, connection, and healing. A cornerstone of Jorden's therapeutic practice is an emphasis on awareness through mindfulness. Jorden blends these interventions and styles with a gentle ease that creates a comforting, respectful and empowering space where clients can feel free to be and explore themselves.

What you can expect from me
