Great to meet you!

I provide a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being open, seen, understood and supported without judgment. My style is collaborative in nature, compassionate and goal oriented. I work with you to build insight while strengthening coping schools with practical tools you can use in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques. I tailor each session to your unique needs, helping you to better understand patterns, manage emotions and navigate challenges with more confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting to know you, what's bringing you in, what you've been dealing with and what you'd like to be different. You can expect a relaxed environment where you can ask questions and share at your own comfort level. We will also begin to identify goals you wish to accomplish and discuss how we can work together to achieve them.
