Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience treating mood and attention disorders in outpatient, correctional, and academic settings. I specialize in cases where things haven’t quite clicked—diagnoses that feel incomplete, medications that helped a little but not enough, or symptoms that cross categories, like depression with agitation or ADHD with emotional volatility.

My approach is direct, thoughtful, and rooted in curiosity. I take time to understand not just what you're feeling, but how it changes, overlaps, and affects your functioning. I often work with students and professionals who are managing complex internal experiences while trying to show up for their lives. Many have struggled with executive dysfunction, irritability, or racing thoughts, and are unsure where their symptoms “fit.”

In addition to private practice, I serve as a Senior Clinical Instructor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and provide psychiatric care in a correctional setting. I’m especially interested in the intersection of ADHD, bipolar spectrum presentations, and mixed states of mood.

If you're looking for clarity, collaboration, and a treatment plan that actually makes sense for your experience—I’d be glad to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, curious, and patient-centered. I focus on understanding the full picture—your mood, energy, attention, and how these patterns interact over time. I tailor treatment plans to fit your unique experience, using evidence-based medication management, clear communication, and ongoing evaluation to help you feel more focused, stable, and engaged in your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect clarity, a deeper understanding of their symptoms, and a treatment plan that actually fits. My goal is to help you feel more stable, focused, and emotionally grounded. You'll leave sessions with a clear sense of next steps, whether that’s refining a diagnosis, adjusting medication, or tracking progress over time.
