Great to meet you!

College, graduate school, and early adulthood can be exciting, but they can also feel overwhelming. If you're feeling anxious, burned out, questioning your identity, or unsure of your next step, you're not alone.

I'm Jude, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in community mental health, crisis intervention, and higher education. Before starting my private practice, I served as the Director of a college counseling center, where I provided therapy and supervised clinicians and graduate counseling interns.

I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ young adults, college and graduate students, and young professionals navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationships, identity, burnout, and life's many transitions. My goal is to help people better understand themselves so they can build lives that feel authentic, connected, and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself. My style is warm, collaborative, and genuine, and I'll meet you where you are without judgment.

Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and strengths that have shaped you while building practical tools for lasting change. My work is grounded in evidence-based care and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions. I also approach therapy through trauma-informed and multicultural lenses, always tailoring therapy to your unique experiences and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll want to understand what brought you to therapy, what's been most challenging lately, and what you hope will be different.

You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll begin identifying meaningful goals and create a path forward that feels right for you.
