Great to meet you!

I strive for a space where each individual feel seen, heard and cared for. I aim to bring a warm hearted, respectful and non-judgmental presence in order to create safety to explore thoughts and feelings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrated holistic approach incorporating mindfulness, relational psychodynamic approaches and somatic experience. I'm certified in Somatic Attachment Therapy. I believe our bodies stores our pain which impacts how we journey through life. Exploring the feelings in our body can lead to greater self awareness and a release what is no longer helpful.

What you can expect from our first session

I have deep respect for those who are willing to embark on this journey to learn more about themselves and learn to express what is true and authentic. I work with individuals to improve their confidence and self-esteem with the goal of supportive relationships and a life that feels meaningful.
