Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with adults over 50 who are navigating the complex transitions of midlife and beyond. These may include career changes, the challenges of caregiving, shifts in identity, or adapting to the physical and emotional changes that accompany aging.

I have a master's degree in counseling psychology, with a special focus on expressive arts therapy.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can share your concerns, fears, hopes, and dreams—and begin shaping a new path forward.

What makes my practice unique is my background in expressive arts therapy, which provides creative ways to communicate and heal when words alone don’t feel sufficient. Through art, movement, or imagery, we can uncover deeper layers of meaning and open new avenues for self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll talk about your life today, as well as the memories and experiences that have shaped who you are. From there, I’ll draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches—cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and parts work—to help you explore possibilities for growth and change.

I believe that transformation is always possible, and I am honored to accompany others as they rediscover purpose, resilience, and hope in the second half of life.
