A Pyschotherapist for over three decades, I love my work. It is rewarding to see people make life changes and improve their life for them self and their loved ones. I have a very strong family background and was raised with strong ethics and respect for others. I focus on the individual person and their unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to identify, analyze and modify symptoms and situations that are effecting the individuals mental health and ability to be productive and enjoy their life. I take a change your mind, change your life, CBT based approach that has been effective for my clients over the past three and a half decades.

I will team up with you to establish changes you desire to make and I will provide theraputric interventions includig CBT, EMDR, to guide you in decreasing symptoms and increasing mental health and improving daily life.
