Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a psychotherapist in New York and Massachusetts. I specialize in relationship issues, sexuality and gender identity concerns, life transitions, and grief. I also work with new, expecting, and would-be mothers to process the journey of early parenthood. Finally, I have expertise in working with emerging adults, which I cultivated in my former role as a staff member at Columbia University's counseling center.

My approach to therapy

I am warm and collaborative. I strive to create a safe environment in which my clients can face life's challenging moments and painful emotions. I use a strengths-based approach. I am sensitive to issues of race, ethnicity, and multiculturalism, and how they intersect with other identities and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will develop a trusting connection that allows you to feel comfortable being yourself. Therapy can help you experience more joy and ease in your relationships with partners, friends, or family members, and to come out of sessions equipped to move through challenges and uncertainties with confidence. I adapt my sessions to the preferences and needs of each client, and I encourage a collaborative process.
