Great to meet you!

I have over 15 years of clinical experience treating college students, young adults and adults struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression. I have specialization working in college mental health and perinatal mental health.

My approach to therapy

Transitions such as starting college, graduating college, a new job, separation or divorce, a significant loss, or becoming a new parent can add to our already complicated and stressful lives. Acknowledging that you need help and taking the step of finding a therapist is not easy. It takes both strength and courage. I believe the power of the therapeutic relationship is what can ignite understanding, accepting, healing, changing and growing.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we’ll identify goals that feel meaningful and supportive to you. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being open, vulnerable, and fully yourself. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to build insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward the changes and growth you hope to achieve.
