Great to meet you!

Let's worth together to turn crisis into peace and chaos into comfort. I specialize in Bipolar Disorder and the many forms mood disorders can take before and after a formal diagnosis. I also specialize in suicidal thoughts, children of divorce, step-parenting, folks experiencing pregnancy and postpartum, or a combination of the above.

My approach to therapy

If you want a therapist and that has walked the walk, you are in the right place. I am very experience in DBT but, for those who aren't at their first rodeo, I also know when DBT has it's place. As with most therapist profiles you will see I also work with CBT when it's appropriate. I know how to weave different kinds of therapies together to get you where you want to be as soon as we can get you there.

What you can expect from me

I value efficiency and making the most use of your time. Amidst all the power dynamics of the mental health and medical world, when it comes down to it I am working for you to help you get to where you want to be in life. Even if you can't imagine what that look's like yet. Even if it seems impossible. Let's get there.
