Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist in Georgia with a trauma-informed practice dedicated to supporting women through life’s most meaningful and challenging transitions. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life changes, with a special focus on maternal and perinatal mental health.

Whether you're preparing for motherhood, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, adjusting to changing relationships, or reconnecting with yourself after difficult experiences, therapy can provide a space to slow down, process, and heal. I also work with women who are recovering from the effects of childhood trauma, emotionally unhealthy relationships, intimate partner violence, perfectionism, and body image concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, recognizing how past experiences often shape the way we think, feel, relate to others, and respond to stress today.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based interventions. Together, we'll explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, develop practical coping skills, strengthen self-compassion, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. My goal is to understand not only what's happening in your life now, but also the experiences that have shaped you.

I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are. Together, we'll identify your goals and develop a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs, strengths, and values. Whether you're looking for support through pregnancy or postpartum, healing from trauma, managing anxiety, or navigating a major life transition, we'll work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
