Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, or life transitions, I’m here to support you in a way that feels right for you. Our work together will focus on exploring your emotions, deepening self-understanding, and uncovering the strengths you already have. I take a holistic approach, considering the connection between mind, body, and emotions to support meaningful healing.

I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults in various settings, including schools, hospitals, and private practice. No matter where you are in your journey, my priority is to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to move forward in ways that align with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

I focus on creating a collaborative and supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your strengths, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful change. I take a person-centered approach, meeting you where you are with empathy and respect, while tailoring our work to your unique needs.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I integrate different approaches based on what will best support you—whether that means self-exploration, building coping strategies, or addressing patterns that may be holding you back. Above all, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can grow, heal, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on building trust and getting to know each other. We’ll take time to discuss your personal story, background, and the challenges you're facing, which will help me understand your unique needs and goals. From there, we’ll explore the best ways to work together toward healing and growth. We’ll also identify your strengths and discuss how therapy can support you in reaching your goals. By the end of each session, I hope you feel heard, supported, and more confident in taking the next steps on your journey.
