Hi! My name is Julie Fox. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I over 20 years of experience working to help others heal. I am dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve there best.

My approach to therapy

With many years of experience in the mental health field I have had the opportunity to work with different ages and populations. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions. I use an eclectic approach being trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and TF-CBT. I provide empathy and compassion along with practical tools to help you make positive changes in your life.
