Great to meet you!

My name is Julie Goddard and I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. I completed my Master’s degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville in 2010. I received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from MacMurray College in 2005. My previous employment includes being a caseworker for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Hospice Social Worker, Inpatient sex offender program counselor, and currently outpatient therapy.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you sort out what you may already know but are too stressed to see. I want my clients to feel confident and empowered. I believe that emotional regulation is the key to keeping us emotionally grounded and also that to manage your emotions you must allow yourself to feel them first.

What you can expect from me

I like to create a safe space for my clients to feel what they need to feel and process without judgement.
