Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Julie. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist working with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. I support people navigating trauma, disabilities, neurodiversity, sexuality and gender non-conforming and all-around life stressors in a relaxed, nonjudgmental space.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approach, looking at mind, body, relationships, and environment. We move at your pace, use plain language, and focus on what feels most important right now.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and what brought you in. We’ll talk about your hopes, your context, and what you’d like to change. I’ll explain how I work, answer questions, and together we’ll see if it feels like a good fit.
