Great to meet you!

As a therapist, my role is to encourage, support, and gently challenge you as you work toward creating meaningful change in your life. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will identify your personal goals and explore the best path to achieve them.

In our work together, we’ll create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you're coping with life transitions, managing emotional challenges, or seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you develop practical tools, increase self-awareness, and build resilience.

I’m here to walk alongside you—offering guidance, insight, and compassion—as you navigate your unique journey toward healing and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I integrate evidence-based practices—primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also incorporate elements of mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed care to meet each individual where they are.

I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll work to develop insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and equipped with practical tools to manage life’s challenges. My goal is to help you gain insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building healthier patterns and coping strategies.

Through our work together, you can expect to strengthen your emotional resilience, increase self-awareness, and feel more empowered to make intentional, values-based choices. Whether you're working through anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or relationship difficulties, my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey toward healing, clarity, and personal growth.
