Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist, I believe that nurturing our mental health is at the heart of finding genuine happiness and stability in life. I want to extend my heartfelt admiration to those who take the brave step of seeking help. My practice is dedicated to supporting wonderful women aged 30 and older who might be navigating the intricate paths of family dynamics, grappling with addiction in their families, or working through trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

Every person has their own unique story, and I believe that everyone deserves a personalized approach to care. When we choose to work together, we’ll embark on a meaningful journey side by side. I truly value open communication, and it’s important to me that you feel respected and understood in our professional relationship. I am here to listen to you, challenge you when needed, and provide unwavering support throughout our time together.

What you can expect from me

I always start our journey with an introductory session, giving you the space to share your story and express what you hope to achieve in therapy. I truly value your experiences and want to understand what matters most to you. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to open up and be vulnerable. Together, we will navigate this path. Your feelings and goals are important, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
