Great to meet you!

I graduated in the top 7% of of class at highly ranked Fordham University, securing 2x honors for academics and societal service. I am in the final stages of completing my doctorate in Integrative Social with a focus on mindful leadership in healthcare organizations. I work well with all populations and feel comfortable with high levels of acute mental illness and day-to-day general mental health management.

My approach to therapy

I believe there are always solutions and healthier approaches to create improved wellness for clients who may find themselves struggling. I tend to focus on the positives and moving forward, but not without understanding the underlying causes for challenges. I have a down-to-earth style and lean towards practical solutions that can actually help a client inside and outside of sessions. I value clients' time and am committed to accomplishing measurable goals within the realm of my care.
