Great to meet you!

I work best with clients ready to take an honest look at their lives or relationships and open to self-reflection. Therapy with me is collaborative and balances directness with compassion. I ask challenging questions to uncover patterns while fostering trust and respect. Over time, clients often feel lighter as they release the weight of misalignment. My goal is to help you build lasting change and confidence, eventually transitioning therapy to a resource you can revisit as needed

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct & focused on creating meaningful change. I help clients face the reality of what their relationships or lives might look like if current patterns remain unchanged. When progress stalls, I challenge clients to reflect on their commitment to growth and take actionable steps toward their goals.

This approach balances accountability with compassion. While I provide a supportive space for exploration and understanding, I also emphasize the importance of effort & follow-through.

What you can expect from me

Early sessions focus on building foundational tools, and it’s normal not to feel immediate change as therapy takes time to settle. With consistent work outside of sessions, clients often begin to experience a sense of 'lightness' as the weight of misalignment lifts. My goal is to help clients feel confident maintaining progress independently. Over time, we may reduce session frequency, transitioning to occasional check-ins or 'refreshers' as needed to sustain their growth.
